A layer ships what can be checked. Where the record is thin the page says so, in those words, rather than filling the gap.
Sources are ranked, and the order is the argument
The artifact itself first. Then anarchist and antifascist research. Then documents and counts that need no reporter. Institutional fact-checkers last, and marked, because borrowing their authority is how you lose an argument with someone who already rejects it.
No verdict
Each layer sets the claim beside the record. The distance between them is the finding, and reading it is your job, not ours.
